This privacy policy explains the documented ways The SEO Feed collects and manages information through newsletter signup forms and direct contact. It does not describe practices that have not been confirmed for the live site.
Newsletter signup information
When a newsletter signup form is displayed, it invites you to leave your email for future The SEO Feed updates. The form asks for your email address and your explicit agreement to receive email updates from The SEO Feed.
The signup process stores your email address, a hash used to check for duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the consent wording you accepted, and the collection status. These records are stored in the site’s WordPress database and remain there until removed or an erasure request is processed.
The system also creates temporary anti-spam rate records using hashed network identifiers. These records receive periodic cleanup.
Signup collection is enabled for future updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe features require separate configuration. Submitting a form does not establish a sending schedule or confirm that an active mailing service is in use.
Contact messages
If you contact The SEO Feed, your message includes the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, message, and any attachments you send. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed to address your question.
Access and removal of newsletter records
Authorized administrators can view, export, and remove newsletter signup records. These records also integrate with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools.
To request access to or removal of a newsletter record, email contact@theseofeed.com and identify the email address used to sign up. You can also use the contact page for general questions.
Your choices
Providing information through a signup form or contact message is voluntary. If you no longer want a stored newsletter signup record, you can request its removal using the contact details above.

The SEO Feed may link to other websites. Those websites maintain their own privacy information and practices, which you should review when visiting them.
